RETAINER SERVICES
Retainer Services are available for nonprofits and small businesses needing in-depth and ongoing support.These services are designed for six-figure+ nonprofits and small businesses. Service plans are available for 90 days, six months, twelve months, or ongoing services.

SERVE-U will evaluate your Nonprofit or Small Business using our Organizational Resilience Assessment. We will identify your Resilience Qualities and analyze your organizational capacity, financial stability, governance, and operational systems. We will use your evaluation results as a guide to customize services.

100-POINT GRANT READINESS CHECKLIST
Clients will answer a grant-readiness questionnaire and complete a 100-point checklist to determine their organization's readiness to meet the funder's threshold requirements. We will create a Logic Model and Evaluation Metrics for each grant-funded program.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
The SERVE-U Team of expert grant writers, researchers, and fundraisers will lead the administrative tasks related to the grant writing project. We will research peer-reviewed articles and best practices to diagnose your proposed project needs and ensure mission alignment with the funder's request.
